The kits produced by VR Products are of a 'composite/multimedia' nature and are typically a combination of injection-moulded high impact styrene and etched brass. In order to construct these kits, a typical modeller’s tool kit and suitable paints, glues, etc will be required to complete them. Please note that the kits supplied by VR Products are not 'comprehensive' (complete) and will require the purchase of additional items from other sources or companies such as Model Etch, Kadee, Steam Era Models and Evergreen Scale Models. Most of these items can be procured from reputable hobby shops or via mail order. This method of marketing has been chosen by VR Products in order to minimise cost and maximise the number of possible variations presented to the modeller.
